PRIVACY
At XL Modeling, we value your privacy.   All information submitted through e-mail or forms available on this site will be deemed private and used solely for the stated purposes.  This information will never be sold, rented, or leased to other companies.

PRODUCT LICENSE
Each user of our product needs to purchase license.  If you install or use our product on multiple work computers, you need to purchase multiple licenses, one for each computer.  A user may purchase one license and install the product on a single work computer and on a home computer.  Product collections may not be broken up and shared among users or computers. License agreement

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
When you purchase one of our products, you can immediate download it on your computer.  We strongly encourage you to make a backup copy of the installation file you download.  If a product was damaged during the data transaction, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will send you a new copy of the product via email* as soon as we receive and approval your request.

* If you do request for a new copy, please include your name, email address
   and date of purchase.
